OBW partnered with Drexel’s Writers' Room to organize a private Wombhoood Circle event at Mantua Urban Peace Garden as an extension of its public programming and art exhibitions. Facilitated by Misty Sol of Tiny Farm Wagon, Val Ifill of IFILL DANCE CO.|LAB, and Andrea Walls of the Museum of Black Joy, the Wombhood Circle gathered community members on June 29, 2025 to celebrate Black wombhood through gardening, meditative movement, writing exercises, and collage crafting.
