OBW partnered with Drexel’s Writers' Room to organize a private Wombhoood Circle event at the Museum of Black Joy (MUBJ) as an extension of its public programming and art exhibitions. Hosted by Andrea Walls, the MOBJ Founder, the Wombhood Circle gathered a small group of poets, writers, dreamers, and other community members on April 5, 2025 to share a meal and celebrate Black wombhood through literary works, personal reflections, and somatic exercises by Misty Sol and Val Ifill.
